Christian is an experienced intellectual property and entertainment attorney, specializing in the protection, enforcement, and commercialization of intellectual property assets. She represents clients across industries such as technology, entertainment, media, fashion, and more, offering strategic counsel on trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
Christian assists clients with IP prosecution, portfolio management, licensing agreements, and litigation, ensuring that their innovations and creative works are safeguarded in competitive markets. Known for her innovative problem-solving and strong advocacy, Christian has successfully enforced against unauthorized uses of trademarks and copyrights in high-profile federal IP litigation and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board proceedings. Her experience provides her with a deep perspective on how to leverage IP and other brand assets and tailor brand protection strategies to address the increasing evolution of technology, media, and entertainment.
A graduate of Indiana University-Bloomington Maurer School of Law, Christian is admitted to practice in California and Washington, is an active member of the International Trademark Association and the Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyers Association, and also serves as an Executive Board Member of the Pongo Poetry Project.
